On September 28, 2022, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) released the Memorandum Revenue Circular (RMC) 131-2022 notifying the Taxpayers with the release of new offline eBIRforms package version 7.9.3.
In this Circular, the BIR requires the taxpayer to provide an official e-mail address in the profile page of eBIRforms, which will serve as an additional mode of serving BIR orders, notices, letter, communications, and other processes.
This updated version of eBIRforms also include additional Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATC) in BIR Form 0605 to be used by International Carriers in paying their taxes in reference to RMO No. 37-2022.
